How to Use

Massage into prone areas using circular motions until fully absorbed. Apply twice daily. For optimal results, exfoliate with a loofah, dry brush, or physical exfoliant two to three times per week.

"I used this throughout pregnancy and postpartum and I really feel like it tightened my stomach and thigh skin. On stomach (not every night) I did toning pads, then vit C on stomach, then BodiFirm, then a belly oil. I didn't get stretch marks and I don't think this would have prevented it either way, but I do think it firmed and hydrated my skin really well!"
