How does the subscription work?

We make it super easy to subscribe to your favorite products! Simply select any of your favorite products that you’d like to receive on subscription and choose the ‘Subscribe + Save’ option before adding your products to cart. Select how often you'd like to receive them and proceed to checkout.

Don’t worry, you can swap or add products whenever you like! You can also skip or edit your delivery at any time to suit your schedule.
Are there any perks to subscribe?

Can I edit or cancel my subscription any time?

Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time by logging in, navigating to your account, and clicking the Subscriptions tab.
When will I be charged for my subscription?

You will be charged at the point of purchase and all subsequent charges will follow the frequency that you selected when choosing your subscription.


You can make changes to your order frequency or next charge date at any time. Please know that modifications must be made 24 hours prior to the subscription renewal. 
How do I change where my subscription gets shipped to?

You can update your delivery address by logging into your account and clicking on the Subscriptions tab. From here, navigate to the subscription you wish to modify and select "Edit" to make any changes.
Can I change the delivery date of my subscription?

Yes you can! After logging into your account, select the Subscriptions tab and navigate to the subscription you wish to edit. From here, you can reschedule/change the order date, or you can also skip an upcoming order or change the frequency or quantity.
What is the deadline to make changes to my subscription order?

All orders are processed at 12am EST on the scheduled order date. Changes must be made prior to 11:59pm EST the day before your scheduled order date. For example, if your next order is scheduled for 4/15, changes should be made by 4/14 before 11:59pm EST.
How do I change my billing information for my subscription?

To update your billing information on existing subscriptions, simply log in to your account, go to Subscriptions and navigate to the subscription you wish to edit. From here, you can select "Edit" next to the card that is set to be charged. From within your subscription portal, you may also click on "Account" then "Manage Payment Methods" to make any further updates.

Will I get free shipping on my subscription order?

Subscription orders will be shipped Standard Shipping and will incur a flat rate of $9.95 on each renewal. Free Shipping is offered for subscription orders over $99.


If you have multiple subscription products and want them to ship together to receive the Free Shipping rate, make sure the products have the same upcoming order dates and are combined under one address and payment method. If you want to add products to your subscription to reach the $99 Free Shipping minimum, we recommend adding products to upcoming subscription orders through the customer portal versus purchasing a new subscription order altogether. You can even add one-time purchases to your order through the customer portal!


Please note, Free Shipping is determined by the subtotal of the products after discounts have been applied.

Can I use a gift card for a subscription order?

Our subscription payment processor currently cannot process gift card payments directly for subscriptions. However, you can use a gift card for one-time purchases. If you wish to use your gift card for a subscription order, please contact us once your subscription has been charged, and we can arrange a refund for the amount equivalent to your gift card.
