DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays (ex: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day). Orders received over weekends and on holidays will be processed the following business day. After your order has been placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders shipped via the Standard Shipping method are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. On occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe due to carrier delays.

Please note, orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are typically delivered within 15-20 business days once they are shipped. Please note, on occasion, we have seen delivery times take longer.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
2-4 Day Expedited Shipping Rate $14.95

Orders received before 12pm EST on business days (Monday-Friday) are processed and shipped the same day, with an estimated delivery date within 2-4 business days. If an order is received after 12pm EST, the order will be fulfilled by the next business day with an estimated delivery within 2-4 business days after the order is fulfilled. Please note, expedited shipping is non-refundable.

Expedited Shipping unavailable for orders shipping to Alaska + Hawaii.

 

SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING
Subscription orders will be shipped Standard Shipping and will incur a flat rate of $9.95 on each renewal. Free Shipping is offered for subscriptions over $99. If you have multiple subscription products and want them to ship together to receive Free Shipping, make sure the products have the same upcoming order dates and are combined under one similar address. If you want to add products to your subscription to reach the $99 Free Shipping minimum, we recommend adding products to upcoming subscription orders through the customer portal versus purchasing a new subscription order altogether. Orders shipping to Alaska + Hawaii will incur a flat rate of $15 on each renewal and will not be eligible for Free Shipping.

*We recommend moving your subscription renewal date up by 1-2 weeks to account for any transit carrier delays.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS
If the shipping address provided is ever incorrect or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for an additional $9.95 handling fee to cover re-packing/re-shipping your new order to be sent to the correct address. Orders shipping to Alaska + Hawaii will incur a $15 handling fee.

 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping options soon.

We do ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses, but cannot guarantee that a package will be accepted through customs.

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policies below for online purchases.

 

SKINCARE PRODUCT PURCHASES
You may return any item purchased at full price in new or gently used condition within 30 days of purchase, by mail. Some orders may be subject to a $9.95 handling fee. Select products and merchandise items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal to submit your return request. You will need your order number and shipping zip code.

If your product(s) was damaged in transit, please also reach out to us at hello@barefaced.com to initiate a store credit or replacement.

We do not currently offer exchanges.

If shipping a product for a return, please ensure that the package is wrapped securely. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

 

  

GIFT CARD PURCHASES
No refunds are permitted. Gift cards are valid for one year after purchase. The value of any lost, damaged or stolen gift card will not be replaced.
