How to Use

Dispense a dime-sized amount, lather with lukewarm water, and gently massage over the face for 60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly. Use 1–2 times daily, or as directed by your local dermatologist.

Is this product safe during pregnancy?
Hi Lauren! Thank you for reaching out! All of our products are considered pregnancy friendly except for the Glow Peel Pads and RetinAL Skin (RST). Retinoids (found in RetinAL Skin Therapy) and glycolic acid (found in Glow Peel Pads) are poorly absorbed after topical application, and therefore considered a low risk to the nursing infant. We always recommend consulting with your OB prior to use! I purchased this product in hopes to help my acne. But after reading the ingredient list I’m feel skeptical as I see it contains 2 sulfates which actually strip the good oils from skin and can CAUSE acne. Jordans thoughts?
Hi Danielle! Thank you for your question! Both of the sulfates found in the CLENZIderm Foaming Cleanser are surfactants which are used in a lot of different products. They help reduce surface tension and helps the product to foam nicely. The combination of the surfactants in this cleanser are very effective at treating breakout prone skin while still having moisturizing ingredients to combat dryness and stripping. Can you use this with liquid gold and overachiever?
Hi Stephanie, Thank you for reaching out to us! You can use the Clenziderm Foaming Cleanser with the Liquid Gold and Overachiever. When first introducing products into your routine we recommend doing so gradually. Start using the product 3x per week on alternating days. Do this for 2 weeks. If your skin is tolerating the product well, with limited to no reaction, increase to 4x per week. Do this for 2 weeks. Follow this method, increasing usage up to 5-7x per week if desired. Is this safe for teenagers to use? Does this products ingredients make our skin more sensitive to sun?
Hi Tari! Thank you for reaching out. We are unable to conduct a Skincare Consult with anyone under the age of 18. We have had some success with teens using Toning Pads and this cleanser a few days a week, but we do recommend your son/daughter consults with a dermatologist. Is this OK / gentle enough to use with dapsone gel and tretinoin?
Clenziderm Foaming Cleanser can cause initial dryness; therefore, we recommend starting the product three mornings a week on alternating mornings and gradually increase as tolerated. We recommend consulting with your prescribing physician to determine if they are okay with you using this product in addition to prescription strength topicals.
