How to Use

Apply 3-5 drops to your face, neck and chest. Use after Toning Pads and before other serums. Always follow with SPF in the AM.

If you are new to Vitamin C or sensitive to ascorbic acid, begin by applying it every other morning and increase to daily or twice daily use as tolerated. If using only once daily, apply in the AM for antioxidant protection. Use within 3 months after opening for optimal efficacy. We recommend doing a patch test before first use.

Not a Holy Grail product at all. .

"Unfortunately, this will be a one and done purchase. I’ve used a number of vitamin C serums and this one just does not measure up for the price. While it does give an initial glow, I haven’t seen any long term effects and the short term glow does not last long enough for me to call this product a winner. I’m happy to see it working so well for others, but I really don’t understand the rave reviews."

Love Liquid Gold and my other products.

"I’m 69 with some Rosacea on my cheeks. I’ve only been using Liquid Gold for about 5 weeks, along with the gentle cleanser, toning pads, retinol, eye cream and moisturizer. My Rosacea has calmed down, and my skin looks great. I LOVE these products. I started using them after seeing how great my daughter’s skin looked after about 6 months while using them. She’s 42, and has been carded TWICE recently, while younger people with her weren’t asked for IDs. (I was with her when one waitress couldn’t believe she was 42. ) The only product I’m unsure of is the moisturizer. I could use something stronger, for mature skin."

Liquid Gold is a smooth serum that isn’t too sticky, the smell is neutral, and in combination with RetinAL has made a noticeable difference in my acne scar dark spots. The only con, is its price. Do you recommend storing this product in the fridge to prevent it from oxidizing?
Hi Katie! Thank you for your question. It won't help prevent the oxidizing, but if you prefer the feeling of the serum being cold on application, it's fine to be stored in the fridge. Ultimately it's not necessary though. Please reach out to us if you have any other questions, we're happy to help!

I have rosacea and very sensitive skin. I’ve been using the brightening duo and brightening wash for a few months and just purchased overachiever. To avoid irritation I plan to use brightening duo in the morning and overachiever at night so each once a day. Will I see benefits this way?

Hi! I’m currently using Dr Dennis Gross Vitamin C Lactic 15% Firm & Bright Serum. What is the main difference? Considering switching to Barefaced, but it’s quite a bit more expensive, so want to make sure it’s worth the $
