How to Use

How to Use as a Shave Oil:

  • Use at night to avoid immediate makeup application or sun exposure
  • Begin with a double cleanse, then prep the skin with Barefaced Toning Pads (II) to help prevent breakouts and promote a smoother shave
  • Apply one dropper full of Perfectionist evenly over the face
  • Shave slowly using short, gentle strokes, moving upward or downward as preferred
  • Post shave, rinse face with cool water, pat dry and apply Overachiever followed by Hydrating Lotion to nourish + hydrate skin

How to Use as a Facial Oil:

  • Apply one dropper full evenly across the face as a base for facial roller, gua sha or massage
  • Mix 2 drops of oil with Hydrating Lotion (or any moisturizer) for additional moisture for dry skin
  • Use as needed, especially for dry or compromised skin

Great duo for my dermaplaning girlies out there!

"I've used a few different kinds of dermaplaning tools in the past, both electric and manual, cheap and more costly brands, and this one is my favorite! I had my previous tool for a few years and I thought it worked fine, but there was a marked difference in my skin after using this Barefaced kit. This tool glides smoothly over the skin with the assistance of the facial oil. My skin felt much smoother and no peach fuzz to be found. "I was so unsure about this - my mom always preached about hair "growing back thicker and darker" so I never dared, but I started seeing some mustache hairs and decided it was time, and there's no one else out there I trust about simple skincare right now than Jordan Harper (btw Barefaced team, I think the differentiator of Barefaced is definitely simplified skin care, but also that there is a PERSON you can trust behind it, Jordan). How many times can you use one blade?
