RETURN POLICY

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policies below for online purchases.

 

SKINCARE PRODUCT PURCHASES
You may return any item purchased at full price in new or gently used condition for store credit within 30 days of delivery, by mail. Some orders may be subject to a $9.95 handling fee. Select products and merchandise items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal to submit your return request. You will need your order number and shipping zip code.

If your product(s) was damaged in transit, please also follow the steps in the Returns Portal to initiate a return or replacement.

We do not currently offer exchanges.

If shipping a product for a return, please ensure that the package is wrapped securely. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

 

GIFT CARD PURCHASES
No refunds are permitted. Gift cards are valid for one year after purchase. The value of any lost, damaged or stolen gift card will not be replaced.
