Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Eligibility

The Barefaced “Polishing Pads Review & Share Challenge” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are members of the Barefaced No Sun Club loyalty program. Employees, officers, and directors of Barefaced, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 8, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by completing one of the following tasks:

• Submitting a verified review of Polishing Pads on barefaced.com
• Clicking the link on the dedicated challenge page to share a photo or video on Instagram

At least one of these tasks must be completed to receive one (1) Giveaway entry. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Winner Selection

Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 10, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by email and/or direct message within five (5) business days of selection. If the potential winners do not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes

Up to Five (5) Grand Prize Winners will each receive:

• A 1:1 personalized virtual skincare consultation with a Barefaced expert (Jordan Harper or designated advisor)
• A custom Barefaced skincare routine, provided at no cost via one-time use discount code

Additional Prize Terms

• Discount code is non-transferable, non-shareable, and may not be resold.
• Any attempt to sell, transfer, or share the prize code will result in disqualification.
• Discount codes must be redeemed within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise stated.

General Terms

By submitting an entry, participants agree to these official rules and grant Barefaced the right to use the entrant’s name, likeness, entry content, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.. Barefaced reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not follow the rules or are deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

This challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
