ABOUT THE JOB
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will interact daily with Barefaced customers. You should also be proficient in office software. You must also be able to take direction and work independently; organizational and multitasking skills are essential in this role. Training will be provided to enhance existing skills and knowledge base.
A passion for skincare is a must! Product and general skincare knowledge is the key to success in this role. Knowing your stuff and being able to answer questions, educate customers and make recommendations happens frequently via email and SMS.
QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years experience in cosmetic dermatology
- Understanding of medical terminology
- This is not a Registered Nurse position.
